New Website for Alumni Launched
Samford University alumni now have more ways than ever to connect to the Samford universe thanks to the all-new website, alumni.samford.edu.
Launched this week, the site is a major initiative to help alumni stay connected to Samford and the best collection of resources ever for alumni, according to David Goodwin, director of alumni programs. “From registering for events to learning about what their classmates are doing in the alumni spotlight section to making gifts to support Samford, it’s the place for alumni to connect with Samford,” he said.
In addition to being able to submit class notes regarding career changes and birth and wedding announcements through the site, alumni may also pay for events, make donations, get information about attending athletic events and tailgating as well as obtaining a lifetime Samford email address. Portions of the site require registration. Alumni will receive emails with their names and log-in information later this week.
“We are excited,” Goodwin said. “This new site provides us with more creative options.”
