James Hart, with a degree from the Brock School of Business, was appointed a few days ago by Governor Riley to the Alabama Securities Commission, where he will join other commissioners in protecting investors from securities fraud.  Mr. Hart’s credentials in forensic accounting will hold him in good stead—and Governor Riley cited Hart’s virtues of honesty and integrity as the basis for the appointment.  He is living out our mission to “encourage social and civic responsibility.”

The world is better because of the character and commitment of James Hart.
