2013 Dates

Session A: June 24 - 28

 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for rising Grades 1 through 6—$220    
 9 a.m. to noon for rising K-4 and K-5 - $120

Session B: August 5 - 9

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for rising Grades 1 through 6—$220    
9 a.m. to noon for rising K-4 and K-5 - $120

Session A and Session B will produce different stories, giving your child the option to attend both sessions.

Students will bring to life popular children's stories of theirs and bygone eras. The week will be spent learning lines for a play as well as painting a scenic backdrop, gathering costumes and creating makeup designs for the various characters and practicing onstage. Special classes include art, music, creative movement and outdoor games.  The week will culminate in a performance Friday onstage in the Harrison Theatre.  Students receive a camp t-shirt, makeup pencils, bottled water and a snack.  Grades 1 through 6 need to bring a lunch.

Classes are limited to 10 students per two teachers.  Teachers are current students or alumni of Samford and Samford faculty.
