The normal hours of operation for the Office of Facilities Management are 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Service or repairs for student resident facilities normally are requested through the area offices located in Beeson Woods, Central Campus and West Campus.
Employees are encouraged to report service and repair needs in Schooldude, the campus work order system, which is accessible through the mySamford Portal. If unable to access Schooldude, requests may be submitted to facilities@samford.edu or by calling 205-726-2711.
Key requests should be submitted through the Key Request Form located under Forms Central, which is accessible through the mySamford Portal.

The same phone numbers may be used for after-hours emergency service. The caller will be directed to the individual who is designated to respond to emergencies when the Office of Facilities Management is closed.
