The Provost at Samford University has responsibility, under the President, for the operation and improvement of all of the academic programs and academic support services of the university.
University Advancement supports and promotes university endeavors in the areas of alumni engagement, estate planning, and charitable giving. Offices within the division include the Alumni Association, Alumni Programs and Annual Giving, Legacy League and Planned Giving.

Business and Financial Affairs oversees Accounting and Financial Services, Samford Dining, Decision Support & Financial Strategy, Human Resources, Samford One Stop, Samford University Post Office, Printing Services, Purchasing and Technology Services.
Marketing & Communication
Marketing and Communication seeks to advance the mission of Samford University through the promotion of our faculty, staff, students and programs. We provide comprehensive marketing and communication services to the Samford community, including news and public relations, web and digital marketing, creative services, photography, videography, and broadcast and social media.
