- Transfer applicants:
- Samford requires official college transcripts to be sent directly from every postsecondary institution where the applicant was enrolled. We will accept transcripts electronically via E-script and Docufide.
- Applicants who have earned 24 or more college credits are not required to submit a high school transcript.
- Applicants with less than 24 college credits are required to submit a final high school transcript that documents secondary school completion date.

Admitted Student Enrollment Checklist
Admitted undergraduate students ready to enroll at Samford can secure their space in the entering class by submitting their Decision Response Form and $300 enrollment deposit by the stated enrollment deadline.
The enrollment process includes, but is not limited to, the following checklist:
- Residence Hall Application (for residential students)
- Housing Contract (for residential students)
- Registration for Bulldog Days New Student Orientation
- Financial Affidavit and financial support documentation
- Immunization Forms
- Health Insurance
- Registration for Samford Immigration Check-in Day
- Pre-Orientation Survey
- FERPA Agreement
VISA
SamfordGlobal maintains important new international student information for obtaining and maintaining a VISA to study at Samford University. Enrolled students may contact SamfordGlobal with VISA-related questions.
