Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programs Overview
Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in the Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing are prepared to use knowledge, critical thinking skills, and practice skills learned from nursing and liberal arts to provide professional nursing care in a variety of clinical settings. Our graduates consistently achieve above the state and national averages on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
The Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing offers three undergraduate options for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Students may apply to the School of Nursing immediately upon admission to Samford University. Upon graduation with the BSN, the graduate is eligible to take the licensing exam for NCLEX-RN.
