Undergraduate Program Application deadlines are August 1st and December 1st All prospective undergraduate students who desire to enter the Ida v. Moffett School of Nursing must apply to Samford University. Upon acceptance to the University, Samford’s Office of Admission will mail a nursing application to you. A student who received a D or F in a nursing course from another institution will not be considered for admission to the School of Nursing. Freshmen applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Also required is a minimum composite ACT score of 21 or a minimum composite SAT score of 1000, no more than 5 years old.
