Housing Regulations

 Quiet Hours & Visitation  


  •  Observed from 9:00pm-9:00am each day.
  •  Visitation by (unmarried) members of the opposite sex is prohibited in residence hall rooms.


 Smoking & Alcohol 


  • Smoking or use of tobacco products is prohibited inside the residence halls as well as all buildings on campus.
  • The consumption, possession, or distribution of alcohol or any other intoxicants is prohibited in all areas of campus, including the residence halls.


Hall Rules


  • Exterior doors to residence halls should not be propped.Guests should not tamper in any way with a locked door.
  •  Bicycles, animals, and skateboards are not allowed in the residence halls.




  •  Cooking is allowed only in kitchen areas. Guests must clean the kitchens immediately after use.


Items on Walls


  •  Items should not be attached to the premises by tape, glue,nails or screws. Damages resulting from this will be charged to the group.


Rearranging Furniture 


  •  Premises should not be altered in any manner whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to: remodeling or renovating of the rooms or furniture,tampering with the electrical or mechanical fixtures in the room, removal or addition of furniture. Furniture in common areas/lobbies should not be removed from those areas to any other room. If furniture is rearranged within the common area/lobby,then it must be placed back in the original position. Furniture must never be placed in front of or near exits.
