- Piano Performance and Pedagogy
While in high school Brianna was an active participant in many of the school's academic and service clubs, serving as the officer of many and as a part of her school's Concert Choir and Chorale. Since the age of five, she has competed in numerous piano, composition, and violin competitions. In 2007, Brianna performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City with the Etowah Youth Orchestra. At Samford, Brianna is not only a piano performance and pedagogy major, but she also plays the violin in the Samford Orchestra, with which she will be travelling to the Dominican Republic during Spring Break. She is the Historian for the Delta Omicron music Fraternity, a member of the Samford Black Student Union, and was a pit orchestra member for various Samford productions. Last summer, Brianna was a Leading Edge Institute participant at Judson college.
