The Technology Services Help Desk offers telephone, email, and in-person support to all faculty, staff and students of Samford University. Located on the third floor of Brooks Hall, our mission is to nurture Samford employees in the realms of technologies; to equip them to produce, serve, and grow in knowledge, skill, accuracy, and to improve effectiveness. Specifically, we provide computer, network, as well as training, development, and support. We assist in the implementation of technology for the betterment of Samford University's educational successes.
In addtion to providing a friendly voice to accompany excellent service, the Help Desk offers more efficient options for reporting system outages or other problems, as well as problem resolution for common tasks and frequently encountered problems.
