Stevie Carnell
Stevie Carnell `14 was a University Fellows honors student and a Howard College of Arts and Sciences Ambassador as well as an outstanding physics major. In fall, 2013, she was one of only 40 students in the U.S. honored with the American Physical Society’s Scholarship for Minority Undergraduate Physics Majors. In 2014 she earned the national Phi Kappa Phi fraternity’s Hohenstein Fellowship as the top nominee in the Southeast. In 2020 she earned a Ph.D. in Human Centered Computing at the University of Florida.
Tim Coleman
Tim Coleman '96 earned a Ph.D. and conducted important research on tornadoes. He is now a consulting meteorologist and expert witness at Coleman & Knupp LLC.
