What do you think is the best thing about Cumberland?
Cumberland has a very tight community feeling. Other schools pride themselves on their cutthroat mentality. At Cumberland it feels like my classmates and I are in this together.
Why did you choose Cumberland?
I chose Cumberland due to its proximity to Birmingham and the access available to the legal community there.
What do you most enjoy about studying law in Birmingham? What do you like to do in Birmingham?
Again, the access to many great organizations and practicing lawyers in the city is unparalleled. Birmingham also has a lot to offer regarding hiking and bike riding.

If you could give any advice to your pre-law school self, what would you say?
Google and get a basic understanding of common law school terms and simple definitions.
What do you plan to do after graduation?
I am unsure at the moment. There is an equal chance that I try to work for the DA’s office in Birmingham or that I may try to go abroad again.
