Did you know that the Lucille Stewart Beeson Law Library provides access to audio study aids through the law library’s online collections? Audio study aids are great for those times when your eyes have grown tired from reading, and you want an alternative way to absorb information. Also, audio study aids can be beneficial to those students who learn more effectively by listening to information (auditory learners).

Databases where audio study aids can be found include Aspen Learning Library and West Academic Study Aids. Within these databases, you can listen to great content provided through various series such as In Other Words, Law School Legends, Office Hours, Short & Happy Guides, Step-by-Step Guides, and Sum and Substance. In addition to Aspen Learning Library and West Academic Study Aids, Study Buddy Pro, also, provides audio content that may help you in your studies.

For a list of some of the audio study aids that are available through the law library’s collections, explore the Audio Study Aids tab of the Study Aids Resource Guide.  Keep in mind that, to use the law library’s study aids, you must have a Samford username and password. If you have any questions about any of the resources found in the Lucille Stewart Beeson Law Library, feel free to send an email to lawref@samford.edu.
