Hotel Reservations

The 2012 conference hotel is the Aloft Birmingham in SoHo Square,1903 29th Avenue South, Homewood, AL 35209. To reserve a room, visit the SESW/Starwood meeting reservation web page or call toll free for reservations: 1-877-822-1111. Please use the conference group code, SESW POCC, to get the conference rate of $129 plus tax.

The cut-off date for the conference rate is Tuesday, March 13, 2012. Reservations received after Tuesday, March 13, 2012 will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates. Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or advance deposit received 30 days prior to arrival.  For those attendees interested in a third party authorization and payment or other special arrangements, please contact the Aloft Soho Square at 205-874-8055.

Aloft's cancellation policy: individual reservations must be cancelled by 6 pm of the day of arrival. Individual reservations will automatically be billed for one night unless cancelled by 6 pm day of arrival.
