Biography:
For his outstanding academic ability and demonstrated leadership, Adam was awarded the Beeson Exceptional Scholarship. At Samford, Adam quickly assumed leadership roles, serving as vice-president for development of the Samford Crew Team, an SGA Freshman Forum representative, and a member of the University Fellows Leadership Council. In recognition of his leadership endeavors, Adam was named one of two Omicron Delta Kappa Freshman Leadership Award recipients. In addition, he participated on the Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl Team, wrote for the Samford Crimson, and served as volunteer soccer coach for inner-city children. In June, Adam studied abroad in Israel on an archeological dig. This July, he received one of six nationally-competitive Fulbright Summer Institute Scholarships to study in Northern Ireland.
