The Samford University women’s soccer team wrapped up its third consecutive Southern Conference regular season title Oct. 23 with a 4-0 victory at Virginia Military Institute.
The top-seeded Bulldogs will open conference tournament play at home Saturday, Oct. 29, against the winner of a Wednesday match between 8th seed VMI and 9th seed The Citadel. Samford’s match will be at 6 p.m. at the Samford Track and Soccer Stadium.
The SoCon tournament semifinals and finals are scheduled for Nov. 4 and 6 in Johnson City, Tennessee.
