Dust off the Sombrero and Fire Up Your Taste Buds: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo ($45):  Sunday, 3-5 p.m., April 27th. Create easy authentic Mexican cuisine with Sous Chef Mike Coots for your next Cinco de Mayo celebration.

Five Ingredient Appetizers, Entrees and Desserts ($60):  Sunday, 3-6 p.m., April 6th. Who says fabulous can't be simple. Using fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, Sous Chef Mike Coots will prepare mouth-watering easy fix dishes, and you can too! 

Seasonal Cooking: If It Grows Together, It Goes Together ($45):  Sunday, 3-5 p.m., March 30th. Sous Chef Mike Coots uses beautiful, colorful and fresh seasonal produce to teach what grows and works together to find inspiration for cooking in season.

Simply Soup and Salad: Learn to Love the Foods that Love You Back ($60):  Sunday, 3-6 p.m., April 13th. Experience energizing, delicious and delectable fresh ingredients like spring greens and more in easy-to-prepare recipes. Taste the best of the season! 

The Perfect Ending to Any Meal: Making the Great Dessert ($45):  Sunday, 3-5 p.m., May 4th. Be the envy of your friends by making elegant desserts using fresh ingredients and your creative imagination!
