The Samford University Academy of the Arts Music offers a well-rounded musical experience for students of all ages. Emphasis is placed on performance, technique, theory, composition and appreciation in the disciplines of piano and voice. Private and class instruction are supplemented by frequent recitals and special events. With over 50 years in instruction, the Academy is a premier program for the Birmingham community.
Top professional artists offer private lessons in voice, piano and other instruments in addition to group lessons in piano. Private instruction is available year-round and classes take place each semester as well as camps are offered in the summer.
