Cat Miaoulis serves as the director of admission for Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Prior to her current role, Miaoulis served as the director of alumni engagement where she was responsible for overseeing all alumni relations efforts which support building, strengthening and stewarding engagement between alumni and Cumberland School of Law.
 
Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Miaoulis graduated from Auburn University with a degree in marketing. During her time at Auburn, she was actively involved in the First Year Experience Office (Camp War Eagle), the Student Government Association, and served on the executive team of Mortar Board. While at Auburn, she interned for the Auburn-Opelika Tourism Bureau where she focused on identifying ways to promote the Auburn-Opelika community. She also completed two United States congressional internships before completing her undergraduate degree. After graduation, she attended graduate school at the University of Alabama where she specialized in marketing analytics.
 
Following graduation, she began her career at Thompson Tractor Company as a marketing data analyst where she focused on leading data analysis projects to drive development and business strategies by pinpointing areas of opportunity.  Prior to coming to Samford, she worked as an operations analyst at Southern Veterinary Partners where she managed, reviewed and uncovered valuable insights from financial and analytical information.
 
She is a provisional member of the Junior League of Birmingham. She along with her husband, a Cumberland alumnus, live in the Crestline Park area.
