Mary Menard is an experienced managed care compliance professional who serves as the Compliance Solutions Executive of DST Health Solutions. She is responsible for developing and leading the Compliance Consulting Division, enhancing the compliance solutions and services that the Company offers to customers, and serving as a compliance thought leader within the Company and the industry. Ms. Menard previously served as DSTHS’ Chief Compliance Officer for almost 6 years, during which time she created and oversaw the operation of the Company’s corporate compliance program. Ms. Menard has over 30 years of experience in government programs compliance matters including compliance with original Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Part D Plans, Medicaid, HIPAA, the Affordable Care Act, and applicable fraud, waste and abuse laws. Prior to joining DSTHS, Ms. Menard was a consultant specializing in regulatory compliance and managed care solutions for healthcare payers, including health plans, third party administrators, and Medicare administrative contractors. She is an RN with a MPH in Healthcare Organization and Policy, and Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) certifications.
