Why did you choose Cumberland?
I came to Cumberland because of their excellence in trial advocacy. Since my goal is to practice law as a litigator, I knew Cumberland would give me the highest level of training to achieve that goal.
What do you most enjoy about studying law in Birmingham? What do you like to do in Birmingham?
Birmingham provides an immense opportunity pool to explore every available field of law.

If you could give any advice to your pre-law school self, what would you say?
Find a local law firm to work at during undergrad. Even if you do a free internship, the value of experience you’ll gain will be incalculable.
What do you plan to do after graduation?
I plan to take the North Carolina Bar Exam and work in North Carolina.
