Morgan Kreger grew up in the small lake town of Guntersville, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with a Master of Science in kinesiology. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2020 and worked as an outpatient physical therapist in Birmingham for six years, treating orthopedic and neurologic populations.

Kreger completed an orthopedic residency program in 2022 and earned her Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist certification in 2023. She anticipates graduating from Belmont University in December 2026 after completing the Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship.

She is passionate about treating orthopedic patients with complex pain, as well as temporomandibular joint disorders. Outside of work, Kreger enjoys running and spending time outdoors, especially hiking and skiing. She and her husband have a 2-year-old son and are expecting a daughter in November.
