Sarah Ross joined Samford's Department of Physical Therapy in 2016, relocating from the sunny southwest coast of Florida. She brings over 16 years of clinical experience across a variety of practice areas. Early in her career, Ross was immersed in work with patients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries. Most recently her work has been with the geriatric populations, cumulating in the Geriatric Clinical Specialty certification. Her practice settings have included skilled nursing and rehabilitation, home health, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and work as a travel therapist around the country. Outside of work, one of Ross's passions has been her involvement in missions and she looks forward to opportunities to continue to pursue this at Samford.
