An article co-authored by Michael DeBow, the Stephen Everett Wells Professor of Municipal Law, and economist Dwight Lee was published in the summer issue of The Independent Review, a peer-reviewed journal.  The article “Fiscal Recklessness, Path Dependence, and Expressive Voting” discusses forecasts of federal deficit spending for the next 30 years.
