Samford Students Present At National Conference

Six Samford University communication studies majors were chosen to present papers at the Theodore Clevinger, Jr., Undergraduate Honors Conference in Dallas, Texas, earlier this month.

The conference, sponsored by the Southern States Communication Association, featured 70 papers presented by students from 50 U.S. universities. The papers were selected from 200 submissions.

Samford presenters were: Dwight Castle of Germanton, N.C.; Claire Kimberly of Montgomery, Ala.; Chelsey Morris of Columbus, Ga.; Joey Proffitt of Brentwood, Tenn.; Grace Rieves of Marion, Ark.; and Kristin Seay of Trussville, Ala.
