Adults (17+) can join the Samford Wellness Kitchen as we prepare an Eastern Mediterranean meal. The menu includes Egyptian Falafel Pitas, Muhammara (Lebanese red pepper dip), Za'atar Roasted Carrots with pomegranate, Persian Love Cake.

Participants will prepare a few recipes with the Samford Wellness Kitchen and enjoy sharing it together at the end of class. This class is open to adults (17+) in the greater Birmingham area. 

The mission of Samford Wellness Kitchen is to offer hands-on culinary nutrition classes with a  focus on "Food is Medicine" for community members, Samford students and employees.
