Megan Kuklinski received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Auburn University in 2013, a master’s degree in nursing informatics from the University of South Alabama in 2018, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Samford University in 2020.

She began her nursing career on the bone marrow transplant unit at UAB Hospital.  Later, she also worked in perioperative services at UAB Hospital.  Megan had the opportunity to work as part-time adjunct clinical instructor for Samford and realized she had a love of working with students.  In January 2020, she joined Moffett & Sanders School of Nursing full time with the undergraduate faculty as an assistant professor.   She has been married to Alex Kuklinski since 2017 and they have two dogs, Hank and Lucy.

She aims to serve others and knows that God’s plan is always bigger than the plans we make for ourselves.  Her favorite bible verse is Isaiah 40:31, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
