Join us for an evening featuring Samford University Nutrition and Dietetics alum, James Briscione '01, and his wife Brooke as they visit campus to talk about their new book, The Flavor Matrix: The Art and Science of Pairing Common Ingredients to Create Extraordinary Dishes.

The event is free to attend, but we ask that you register in advance since space is limited. Light refreshments will be served, along with samples of recipes from the book.

The event will take place in the Food Production Labs of Samford's College of Health Sciences, 800 Lakeshore Drive, Birmingham, AL 35229.
