Small Class Size

Small class sizes (30) allow for more interaction with professors and other students. Each student receives personal advising through the Academic Programs Office. The relationships you develop and the network you create will serve you well in your career.

Academic Advising

Students receive personalized advising sessions every semester with their academic advisor in our centralized Office of Academic Programs. The members of this office are able to provide a specific plan for individual students each semester, and they also facilitate degree planning, course withdrawals and offer referrals to on-campus resources.

Professional Success

Internship Program

Students have the opportunity to receive an elective credit for completing internships throughout their tenure at Brock School of Business through the Academic Internship Program. Students may find their own internship opportunity or apply for those presented to them by the school. Internships are not required in the business school, however, over 97% of our students participate in at least one internship prior to graduation.

Professional Development Course

The Professional Development course provides admitted Brock School of Business students students the opportunity to participate in a variety of co-curricular events that will enhance professional development, develop critical professional skills related to interviewing, networking and communication, and interact with industry professionals to gain important industry knowledge and career skills. The business school hosts over 50 events each semester. Students may start attending events as freshmen, however, students must attend 10 events after declaring a major to receive a pass in the course. Students enroll in this course during their last semester of college.
