Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Hannah came to Birmingham to pursue her undergraduate degree at UAB. She then completed her master's degree in athletic training at Samford. After graduating, she held roles as a collegiate and secondary school athletic trainer. She also taught health science at a local high school. As a strong believer in education, she was drawn to Samford’s Simulation Center to continue supporting the education of future health care professionals and preparing them for real-world practice. She enjoys seeing the confidence that is built in students through simulation experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
