Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Yolène Barreau moved to Birmingham, Ala., a few years ago. She holds a B.S. in Business with concentration in Accounting from Phoenix University and she is currently pursuing a Masters in Forensic Accounting. Prior to moving to the States, Yolène worked for fifteen years in Haiti in the Internal Audit and Accounting fields. For ten years, she was the President of the Alumni Association of "Collège Marie Dominique Mazzarello," one of the Salesian Congregation schools in Haiti. She also occupied the function of Federal Vice-President of the same association for 5 years and as such, she represented Haiti and the Dominican Republic overseas occasionally.  She is currently a Mortgage Loan Underwriter at CSL Financial LLC. and is the tutor for Creole 101, 102, 201,and  202. In her spare time, Yolène enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading and walking.
