Norma Mullis, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, has been an adjunct Spanish professor at Samford University since 2004. Her professional interests include 21st century learning skills in the foreign language classroom, assessment, leadership and administration. She is most passionate about getting students to teach themselves and become lifelong learners. She has two daughters, Clayton and Susanna, and enjoys spending time with them, traveling, hiking and almost anything involving the outdoors.
