Before joining Samford’s faculty, Douglas Walker was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where his research and teaching focused on political philosophy and American political thought. He has published articles on federalism, the Second Amendment and religious liberty, and is completing a book called Contestational Federalism.
