Howard College of Arts and Sciences is pleased to welcome Josh Dunn, Director of the Institute of American Civics at the University of Tennessee.

Dr. Dunn will deliver a lecture titled: “Do We Really Need a Bill of Rights: The Structural Protections of the Constitution.”

As a published scholar, engaging speaker, and national leader in the civics education movement, Dr. Dunn brings both expertise and insight. He has also advised and worked alongside several Samford students, making this an especially meaningful event for our community.
