The award-winning Dr. Larry Davenport is again making Samford news with his new book Nature Journal. Davenport’s book comprises his many observations and experiences in nature, in addition to allowing readers to make their own observations and record conclusions at the end of each chapter.

Nature Journal was published by University of Alabama Press and is currently available in the Samford bookstore. Dr. Davenport has also written articles and columns for the magazine Alabama Heritage.
