Open House

Join us Friday, Nov 10 at Orlean Bullard Beeson Hall from 10 am - 2 pm. The Open House will feature a self guided tour that allows you to visit with your former professors and see the updates that have been made to the education building.

Children's Story Time

Preceding the annual Alumni Homecoming Barbecue join us at 11 am at the education tailgate tent for a children's story time featuring Samford alumnae authors and members of the Samford family, Frances Carter, retired faculty member, Nell Carter Branum '76, Julie Suitts Culverhouse '99 and Sarah Jean Azinger Collins '08. Book signing, face painting and art projects to follow.

Alumni Homecoming Barbecue

We hope to see you on the Quad Nov 11 at education's Annual Alumni Homecoming Barbecue. Together, we will cheer the Bulldogs on to victory over East Tennessee State with free barbeque, fun, fellowship and festivities. Make sure to bring the kiddos for face painting, art projects and more!

Tom and Marla Corts Distinguished Author Series

Join us March 1 for the eighth annual Tom and Marla Corts Distinguished Author Series featuring beloved alumnus Eric Motley. A 1996 Samford graduate, Motley will speak at 7 p.m. in Leslie S. Wright Fine Arts Center. The lecture’s focus will be on Motley’s personal memoir Madison Park: A Place of Hope, set to release November 2017.
