ESPN/ABC reports last Saturday night's matchup featuring Ole Miss/Alabama drew 7,605,000 viewers, up 335% year-over-year. Overall ESPN/ABC reports that viewership for the first three weeks of the season is up 39% compared to last season.

Notre Dame vs Alabama

Notre Dame, long considered the most powerful national college football brand, has not been able to keep pace with Alabama's national viewership numbers thus far. According to NBC Sports Notre Dame has averaged 3.9 million viewers for the two games broadcast nationally in 2015. "The Fighting Irish’s win over the Yellow Jackets on Sat. averaged 3.7 million viewers and drew a 2.39 HH rating." (Cynopsis)
