Daniel J.D. Stulac earned his MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary and his PhD from Duke University. Before joining Samford, he taught at Duke Divinity School and Briercrest College and Seminary in Saskatchewan. His research focuses on the Former and Latter Prophets, theological interpretation of Scripture and agrarian hermeneutics. He is the author of several books, with his newest volume, Gospel of the Ground, forthcoming in 2027. Daniel and his wife, Danielle, have two daughters and enjoy spending time outdoors together.
