
Laura Doss teaches adjunct voice at Samford University and is full-time music faculty at the Alabama School of Fine Arts where she teaches private voice, choral music and music theory. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Samford University and a Master of Education with an emphasis in Music from the University of Montevallo. She is a National Board Certified Teacher in Early Adolescence through Young Adult Music (Choral). Her students have been finalists in state and regional National Association of Teachers of Singing auditions, regional and national finalists in Music Teachers National Association and American Federated Music Teachers auditions, and finalists in the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts Awards. The ASFA Choir has been acclaimed by regional and national adjudicators for its musicality and technical facility. Laura is Artistic Director of Cullman’s select treble ensemble, Cantanti Della Donna. Laura has been featured soloist in numerous churches, recitals and concerts.
