Honor Choir
October 2, 2026 | 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Students will rehearse and perform under the direction of award-winning choral conductor Dr. Philip Copeland alongside Samford’s A Cappella Choir. This year’s Honor Choir will present the concert "Lovely, Dark & Deep" featuring two works by Eric Whitacre and an arrangement of the Beatles “Blackbird” by Daryl Brunswick.
Dance Team Clinic

Come get a taste of what it's like to be a Bulldog with the Samford University Dance Team! This clinic will serve as preparation for tryouts in spring 2027.
Samford Dance Day
October 24, 2026 | 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Students will take a 90-minute ballet class and a 90-minute modern dance class with dance faculty in our brand-new dance studios. Following the two classes, students will hear a brief presentation on Samford School of the Arts major in dance and see a performance from the Samford Dance Company, Samford’s premier dance ensemble. Lunch is provided.
Art, Architecture & Design Day

Come experience what it's like to be an art, architecture and design student at Samford. Students will have the opportunity to take classes, learn about scholarship opportunities and enjoy lunch with current students and faculty members.
