A native of Louisiana, and a high school ag teacher by trade, I made my way to Samford through a series of God-orchestrated events. After ten years of teaching in the classroom, I’m excited to connect with students in a new way. As a teacher, I always enjoyed being able to invest in the lives of my students, and I hope to continue to do that with students in Moffett & Sanders School of Nursing. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with my family in Louisiana. I’m active in my local church and have a passion for sharing God’s love through local missions
