Samford University's McWhorter School of Pharmacy will recognize its first-year students at its annual White Coat Ceremony on Friday, October 11, at Shade Mountain Baptist Church. A reception will follow the ceremony in the College of Health Sciences lobby.
The purpose of this activity is to review general medication safety concepts and then provide pharmacy technicians with tools and resources to identify potentially dangerous situations, alert other pharmacy personnel, and develop and implement solutions to optimize medication outcomes.
Approved by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy, this is an application-based CPE activity and appropriate for all pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
