To ensure prompt completion of your request, please provide as much information as possible.

Request assistance with adding a new page to the Samford website. Be sure to include the following information:

  • The specific section of the menu where you would like the page to appear;
  • Menu page title;
  • Search engine page title;
  • Search engine summary describing the content on the page;
  • The primary target market for the page (alumni, donors, employees, faculty, parents, staff, students [current or prospective], volunteers); and
  • Specific objectives for the page.

Help us improve the usability of the Samford website by reporting server errors. Be sure to include the following information:

  • The type of error reported (403, 404, 500); and
  • The error message (copy and paste the on-screen error message).
Request changes to content on your pages in the Samford website.

Request removal of a page from the Samford website. Please include the following:

  • The reason you want the page deleted; and
  • The date you want it deleted.

File uploads cannot be managed through this form. Please email your file to webservices@samford.edu. If your file is replacing an existing file, include the original file's web address to ensure that we update the right one.

Add or remove people who can update your pages or sections of the Samford website. Please include the following:

  • The keywords "Grant" or "Revoke" to add or remove permissions;
  • The Samford email address for the person for which you wish to grant or revoke permissions; and
  • The specific pages or folders of the website for which you wish to change permissions.

Request a shorter, easier to remember, easier to type address for print or broadcast. Please include the following:

  • The address you would like visitors to use instead of the original web page address listed below;
  • The reason you are requesting the redirect (i.e. the address is too long for broadcast on the radio); and
  • The date on which the redirect should expire (date | Never).

Request changes to parts of your web pages (menu, header, footer, calls to action, etc.) over which you do not have control.
