Web services is joining the rest of marketing and communication in implementing a departmental project management system to better track, manage, analyze and report on our work. We believe the resulting business intelligence will lead to even better service over time.

Our goal has been to make the transition to the new system as easy as possible, but we recognize that we likely didn't anticipate every possible difficulty and will probably discover areas that need improvement. 

Since the new form replaces all previous request methods, including webservices@samford emails, we are committed to ensuring the system works for everyone and invite your feedback on the new process.
