Eric joined the Marketing and Communication Department as Marketing and Communications Manager for the Moffett & Sanders School of Nursing and School of Health Professions. Originally from Rome, GA, he is a Samford alumni (’05) with a BS in Graphic Design. While at Samford, he was a member of the Track & Field team. 

Eric brings 17 years of advertising agency, public works, healthcare and non-profit experience to Samford. He has managed design and photography for multi-million dollar campaigns that reached people all over the state of Alabama. As the Senior Branding Consultant for Healthcare Business Solutions, he managed all of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama’s government healthcare brands and their internal marketing strategies. 

Eric and his wife, Kayla, live in Homewood with their abnormally intelligent dog, Bear.
