Elizabeth (Betty) McCullough was born and raised in Mountain Brook, Alabama and came to Samford University in 1999, originally working in the Cumberland School of Law before transferring to the McWhorter School of Pharmacy in 2002.  McCullough decided to go back to college and received her bachelor’s degree in 2007 alongside her youngest son.  She has had tremendous opportunities open up for her and has now co-authored and presented numerous posters at national organization meetings, co-authored multiple manuscripts, and has been a speaker at several different national organization meetings.  In her spare time she enjoys singing in her church choir where she is a soprano soloist and also serves as Children’s Choir Director.  She also loves spending time with her children and grandchildren.
