Prior to coming to Samford, Nicholas attended high school at Heritage Academy.
There he was inducted into the hall of fame for his many accomplishments
including: a founding member of The Heritage Sports Network Live, Football
videographer for four years, Senior Elite Friendliest Boy, recipient of the
Citizenship Award three times in a row, and recipient of the Outstanding Senior
Service Award. In the community of Columbus, he was Vice President and
President of the Columbus Mayor's Youth Council. He was also a member of the
Lowndes Young Leaders, where he received the Bill Walker Award. Nicholas is
an Eagle Scout, and he enjoys spending a lot of his free time outdoors. He plans
to use the power of the media to make a difference in the world.
