Steve Donaldson gave a presentation, Who Pulls the Random Strings in Neural Evolution at St. Anne's College, University of Oxford on July 18 as part of a conference on Evolution and Historical Explanation: Contingency, Convergence, and Teleology. Dr. Donaldson's talk reviewed results from the first phase of research conducted in conjunction with his Randomness and Divine Providence grant.
