Hello! I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve as a Connections Coordinator this year! Connections Weekend is one of my favorite Samford traditions because it provides an opportunity for older students to share their Samford experiences and wisdom with the incoming class. It is my hope that Connections Weekend makes students excited about their new home and allows them to meet the people that make Samford so great. That being said, I would encourage all the incoming students to keep an open mind during this exciting period of change. There are so many avenues for self-improvement and growth on this campus that will greatly benefit the students who are willing to reach outside their comfort zone and try something new.
